this looks really interesting. Is that a print or a drawing underneath the paint-wash? - it's a great effect.
Thanks Sarah, its actually a pencil drawing on tracing paper, over a canvas covered in fake graffiti, I might post a pic of the bottom layer sooner or later (tis a bit rude though)
it's a beautiful effect, looks strangely photographic. look forward to seeing the finished piece (rude bits and all).
